Performance
The performance of Bradford & District Youth Offending Team is regularly measured and assessed by national government, by our local strategic partners, and by our own management team. The aim is to ensure that our services are effective, efficient and fair, and that we meet a range of targets set nationally or locally.

Customer Insight Project
Bradford
YOT were successful in securing a grant to fund a
project to understand “Customer Insight” into young
offenders with a focus on reducing breaches of court
orders and custody. The project has undertaken
two activities:
a) Analysis of 10 years offending data and
comparison with other national data on Bradford.
b) Working with young people, Looked After and
Offenders to seek their views on their lives and how
not to offend.
