Families who are experiencing difficulties in managing there
children's behaviour or who feel their children are struggling
in school either academically or emotionally can refer or be
referred to On Track. Services which could be offered are:
- Individual support to families
on behaviour management
- Direct work with children
- Health advices/ advocacy and
information
- Group work
- Family therapy
- Information on holiday
activities
- Advice on nursery access
- Support to schools to deliver
and develop whole school policies
Any parent
/carer can make a referral providing their child lives in
the Bradford Moor area and/or targeted at children aged
4-12 within the Bradford Moor and Thornbury area.
Teachers and other professionals can also make referrals
providing parental consent has been given. Your
request will be assessed by the On Track Team and we will
contact you to discuss what support we may be able to
offer. This usually takes approximately 4 weeks.
